Noise from transport vehicles passing by could be disruptive!!! Water leakage from the shower onto the bathroom floor is unacceptable!!! Public transport reliability was disappointing, leading to long waits!!!

during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a short walk away from beautiful parks like Macka Park, which provided a perfect escape for a leisurely stroll, and it was also close to iconic landmarks such as Dolmabahce Palace, allowing me to easily explore these historic sites during my weekend in the city.

The staff’s hospitality stood out, particularly Mr Ahmed at reception and Arda in the breakfast area, both who exemplified professionalism and kindness. The breakfast featured delightful homemade jams that added a personal touch to the meal. the room lacked sufficient lighting and the air conditioning was less effective than anticipated. parking required prior reservation, which was inconvenient.
